Job Title: Project Coordinator, Client Services (Offshore)
Position Overview
CarpeDiem is seeking a part-time and highly motivated Project Coordinator, Client Services to support clients actively navigating the job market. This role will be based in Nigeria & requires excellent organizational skills, technological proficiency, and a detail-oriented mindset. The position offers flexible hours, remote work, and the opportunity to grow skills in project coordination and client services.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients actively seeking employment to facilitate their application processes and ensure quality outcomes.
• Use modern AI tools and productivity software to prepare tailored materials and manage client deliverables (training provided).
• Track progress and maintain organized documentation for internal and client reporting.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide timely updates on project status.
• Support occasional team training sessions and other coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sheets).
• Tech-savvy with familiarity or willingness to learn AI tools like ChatGPT and other productivity platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
Position Details
• Hours: 20 hours per week, with the ability to take on overtime if needed.
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote with flexible working hours.
• Equipment: A working laptop and reliable internet connection are required.
